| Due to popular request ODE will be running the first in a series of kitchen workshops that have been designed for the enthusiastic amateur cook. To be held on Sunday 13th July 12 midday onwards, the hands on event will include demonstration and preparation of some versatile and simple recipes using local catch from the River Teign. The day will also include lunch and wines at the chefs table for the participants and partners. This new menu initiative available every Wednesday for the month of July 2008 will feature
a three course set menu showcasing ingredients that are in season and will include a glass of organic wine. Teign mussels with white wine, chives and organic Riverford cream ..... Soused mackerel with broad beans and crushed new potatoes ..... Yoghurt parfait with local berries ..... Glass (125ml) of organic wine ..... £29.50 per person The entire table will be required to choose the menu. Our full a la carte menu will also be available. |

FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT The candidate will have previous experience, (but not essential) in the hospitality industry, passionate about all aspects of food and beverage service and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team. The candidate will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer care in a relaxed environment. Thorough on job training will be given to our set standards, however a basic knowledge of computers and a second language would be an advantage. Inititally the position will be part time and dependant on business demands. The candidate will be flexible and required to work shifts and evenings.
