Fish and Seafood
We are very specific with the fish we choose for the restaurant, only purchasing sustainable fish which is guided by Marine Conservation Society using the Fishonline guide.
We have a local fisherman who catches a selection from around the bay and estuary in Shaldon, which include lobsters, crab, sole, line-caught sea bass, wild caught salmon.
Barry Sessions and his team hand pick mussels, from the Teign which are of the finest quality due to the unique tidal currents in the estuary.
We also use suppliers that are dedicated to supplying the highest quality fresh fish and seafood landed at Brixham, Newlyn and Looe fish markets.
